Athletes and coaches who build the software they wanted for their own training.

Louis Hughes
Software Engineer · Endurance Coach
Louis has spent most of his adult life doing some combination of writing software, coaching endurance athletes, and trying to shave increasingly unreasonable amounts of time off his own race PRs.
Louis started PR Project years ago as an API integration with Today’s Plan. Yes, that Today’s Plan. The idea was simple: automate the busywork so coaches could get away from the computer and back to doing what they actually love. Training. Coaching. Working with athletes.
A few years and a whole lot of code later, that original idea has turned into something much bigger.
Louis still coaches, still races, and still uses PR Project every day. If something in the app takes three clicks when it should take one, there is a very good chance he has already opened the other kind of PR (pull request) to fix it.
The mission is still the same: less time fighting software, more time actually coaching.

Ryan Wright
Endurance Coach · Athlete · Marketing
Ryan has spent years in endurance sports as a competitive athlete, a coach, and now as PR Project’s marketing and social media manager. Nordic skiing, running, cycling, and triathlon give him a firsthand view of both the athlete and the coach.
He has seen how much time disappears into building plans, managing athletes, and keeping everything organized. Great coaching, for him, is about relationships and communication, not only a training calendar.

Marcus Taylor
Endurance Athlete · Strategy & Operations
Marcus brings the athlete’s perspective to PR Project. Years of training and racing in Nordic skiing, running, and cycling taught him what endurance athletes want from their technology: clear direction, meaningful data, and confidence that training is moving them forward.
He focuses on the athlete experience, partnerships, and business strategy. The standard is simple: what we build has to work as well for the athlete as it does for the coach.
