PR Project Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

PR Project LLC (“PR Project,” “we,” “us”) provides an endurance coaching platform for coaches and athletes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the PR Project mobile application, coach web interface, and related public support pages.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & profile: name, email, password, sign-in method, preferences
• Health & fitness: goals, limitations, workouts, performance metrics, recovery feedback
• Coach-athlete messaging: text and images in one-to-one conversations
• AI assistant: prompts and generated responses when you use in-app training guidance
• Support requests: information you submit through our athlete support page
• Media: photos, camera captures, and audio recorded with video when those features are used
• Device & diagnostics: device type, OS, app version, crash reports, push tokens
• Location: precise location only if you grant permission for optional weather-based workout adjustments
• Integrations: data from Garmin, Strava, or similar services you connect

3. Device Permissions

The mobile app may request optional camera, photo library, microphone, location, and notification permissions. Location is used only for optional local weather-based workout adjustments. Denying a permission does not block unrelated features.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Provide training, calendar, messaging, and coaching services
• Operate optional AI-assisted training guidance
• Filter, review, and enforce conduct standards for messaging and AI content
• Process safety reports, blocking, and moderation actions
• Send service, support, and notification messages
• Sync optional third-party integrations you authorize
• Monitor reliability, diagnose crashes, and improve the product

AI providers process prompts and relevant training context to generate responses under contractual restrictions. Unsafe AI input or output may be blocked or excluded from storage.

5. Messaging, AI, and Safety

Messaging is limited to authenticated one-to-one coach-athlete relationships. Message content may be filtered before delivery, and images may be scanned before visibility. You can report messages, users, or AI responses, and block another user to stop direct messaging and related notifications.

Moderation reports and related audit records are generally retained for up to 12 months, subject to legal holds.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Your assigned coach or athlete for the coaching relationship
• Service providers such as AWS, Sentry, email delivery, moderation, and AI processing vendors
• Integrations you connect, such as Garmin or Strava
• Authorities or others when required by law or to protect users and the platform

7. Third-Party Services

Depending on the features you use, data may be processed by Amazon Web Services, Sentry, OpenAI and related AI providers, Garmin, Strava, and Apple Sign in with Apple.

8. Data Retention

We retain information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, and safety investigations. You can delete your account in the mobile app under Profile → Delete Account.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information. Contact us at louis@prproject.ai or through support.prproject.ai.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitored infrastructure. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

11. Children's Privacy

Our beta and early-access services are limited to users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
