How does starting free work?

Create your account with no credit card. Run the demo, then enter your console. Billing for PR Project starts when you activate real athletes. A personal website, custom branding, and white-label services are separate add-ons you can add later.

Which athletes count toward my bill?

Personally coached athletes who have activated their accounts and have an active coaching relationship in your business. Demo and synthetic athletes are never billed. An athlete with more than one coach in the same business is counted once.

How does athlete pricing work as I grow?

There is no monthly coach fee. Published athlete pricing is $10 per athlete per month for 1–10 athletes, $9 for 11–30, and $8 for 31–100. Rosters above 100 use custom pricing.

Can I start without moving my whole roster?

Yes. Start free and invite athletes when you are ready. The demo is optional. You do not need to move your full roster to begin.

Is a credit card required?

No. Create your account, run the demo, and enter the console with no card. Billing starts when you activate real athletes.

Are these prices monthly, and what currency do you use?

Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly. The calculator is a coaching-revenue estimate before payment processing fees, taxes, and other business expenses. Premium website, branding, and white-label products are not included.

Is automated coaching priced the same way?

No. These rates are for personal coaching. Automated coaching memberships use a separate model. Contact us to discuss that service and its fees before choosing your setup.

Can I use athlete membership billing outside the United States?

Athlete membership billing and payouts currently support United States coaching businesses. If your business is based outside the US, contact us before you add athletes.
