Delete Your PR Project Account

How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your PR Project account and associated data, follow one of these methods:
Option 1: In-App
Open the PR Project app → Settings → Account → Delete Account
Option 2: Email
Send an email to louis@prproject.ai with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your profile information (name, email, date of birth, gender, profile photo)
- Workout and training data
- Chat messages between you and your coach or athletes
- App preferences and settings
- Device tokens and push notification registrations
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion for the following reasons:
- Backup copies: encrypted backups are purged within 90 days
- Legal obligations: transaction records or data required by law may be retained as required
- Aggregated analytics: anonymized, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for product improvement
Partial Data Deletion
If you want to delete specific data without closing your account (e.g., workout history or chat messages), email us at louis@prproject.ai and specify what you'd like removed. We'll process your request within 30 days.
